One softge capsule contains 30 mg of CoQ10 (Coenzyme Q10). One softgel capsule also contains 400 IU of natural vitamin E (as mixed tocopherols) and 50 mg of medium chain triglycerides (MCT’s). Vitamin E is added as an antioxidant plus medium chain triglycerides for greater stability, shelf life and enhanced bioavailability.
